What do I need for my first class?
All you need is your workout clothes, a towel and a bottle of water. Please note that Gripsocks are mandatory for our Microformer classes to ensure your safety.
Do I need my own mat?
No, you do not need to bring your own mat. We provide mats and the equipment you will need for your class.
How far in advance should I arrive for class?
We want to be able to start and end classes on time out of respect to the other Toners. Doors of our studio will open 15-20 min prior to the start of your class. If you are coming for the first time, arrive slightly earlier so that you can get acquainted, especially if you are joining one of our Microformer classes so our team can give you a short introduction.
Please note that our doors will be shut on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your spot. There is no reimbursement for missed classes.

I am a beginner or haven’t worked out in a long time. Which class is suitable for me?
The majority of our classes can be adjusted to your own fitness level as all of our trainers will offer less intense modifications for you to take it slower if needed. However, we recommend starting with T&T Pilates or T&T Flawless and choosing your class according to your favorite kind of music and the intensity level of the instructor.
Can I attend the class if I’m pregnant?
Yes, as long as you have your doctor’s approval. Please inform the trainer about your pregnancy so that they can offer modifications depending on how far along you are. We recommend joining the following classes: T&T Pilates, Bootylicious, Bootylicious & Arms.
Can I show up without a booking or pay at the studio?
No, we do not accept walk-ins and you cannot pay for a class at the studio. Please always reserve your spot online in advance.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes, our studio is equipped with changing rooms, showers and lockers.
What language are the classes taught in?
All of our classes are taught in English.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours prior to class. The credit will then be refunded to your Eversports account. Please note that we have a “No cash/monetary refunds” policy. Any bookings cancelled after the 12 hours will not be reimbursed and count as a paid class.
Lost & Found
We have a Lost & Found area at the studio where we keep everything that was left behind for eight weeks. Please note that we accept no liability for lost or stolen belongings. You can come by the studio right before or after a class to pick up your things.
