Our classes are carefully designed to adapt to all fitness levels. Train and Tone is your go-to boutique for everything from beginner, pregnancy-friendly, and postpartum classes to the spiciest Pilates sessions that will leave your body burning but wanting more. Our mat-based classes blend classical Pilates with high-intensity cardio moves, choreographed to our trainers’ favorite beats.

An incredible fusion of mat-based dynamic Pilates moves, choreographed to the best beats. It is like a dance on the mat. This class is pregnancy-friendly.

 

The Microformer is a living-room sized reformer machine, created by Lagree Fitness which is transforming the world of fitness. We are the first studio to bring the Microformer to Vienna all the way from Los Angeles. We have created a class that combines the best of the T&T concept and the Lagree method. You can expect a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout that will strengthen, tighten and tone your muscles quickly and safely while simultaneously improving your mobility, flexibility and strength.

This class is all about the core! It concentrates on toning your abs, strengthening your pelvic area and lower back. This is the perfect class if you are on your postpartum journey or if you simply want to have a deep and intense abs workout with little to no cardio elements.

 All the way up! Our Arms & Abs class will leave your upper body burning with an intense combination of cardio elements, core, arms and back exercises. 

 

With Bootylicious we make your booty burn! By taking our signature ‘T&T Pilates’ classes and turning them into an intense legs and glutes workout! This class is pregnancy-friendly.

The absolute best. David and Mariana have created such a positive, motivating and most of all fun experience. Even though the classes are intense and I feel the burn throughout, I always leave this place with a smile on my face!
